Judge Roy Moore Did Not Break the Law.

Judge Moore Was ACTUALLY OBEYING the Law of The Land, THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION.

Federal Judge, Myron Thompson was UNLAWFUL.

 

 

Judge Myron Thompson’s order was unlawful because it contradicted the United States Constitution. The Federal Court declared that, “the state may not acknowledge the sovereignty of the Judeo-Christian God.” However, the First and Tenth Amendments to the Constitution prohibit the federal government from interfering with the right of each state to acknowledge God.

 

Activist Judges, like Thompson, from across the Nation are trying to order every mention of God from our public life. “Under God” has been taken from our Pledge of Allegiance, “Christ” has been taken from Christmas, and prayer has been removed from our schools.

 

These same activist judges, like Thompson, have redefined marriage to include the union of two men or two women, and have taken God-given “inalienable” property rights from citizens, for the economic benefit of private commercial enterprises.

 

But the greatest danger we face is the loss of “religious liberty,” which the U.S. Supreme Court in 1931 and 1946 recognized as coming from God. Nevertheless, in Judge Moore’s case, Judge Myron Thompson expressly stated that the state may not “attribute to that God our religious freedom.”

 

Who then really violated the law? Clearly it was the federal judge, Myron Thompson … not Judge Moore.

 

No person, to include a federal court judge, has the authority to place himself above the Constitution he is sworn to uphold, and no man can put himself above the God upon whom he has taken his oath.

 

Such orders reflect the arrogance of those judges in Germany, who ordered the mass extermination of Jews, and those judges in our own country who once ruled that slaves could be treated as property and schoolchildren could be segregated by race.

 

Are we to obey “unlawful “orders? Abraham Lincoln did not think so, Rosa Parks did not think so, Dr. Martin Luther King did not think so … and neither does Judge Roy Moore!

 

The rule of law is the Constitution! To obey an unlawful order of any judge is to place the rule of man above the rule of law. The prophet Daniel, in Daniel 6:16, and “Peter and the other Apostles” in Acts 5:29 knew better and so should we!
